RULE①
Prolonging the life of a forced exit is strictly prohibited.
Anyone playing at an unusual speed, such as repeatedly playing several plays after entering a room and continuing to hold a table, will be forced to leave without being asked to leave. Please note that no compensation will be provided for those who are forcibly ejected from the venue.
RULE②
Only one machine per person may play.
Holding multiple accounts or playing multiple games at the same time by one person is a violation of the house rules. If a violation is found, you will be banned from future visits.
RULE ③
After being seated at an empty table, you may not play any game while on the bonus (including Confirmed screen) or while on the ART.
When entering a table, if the table is in the middle of the previous player’s Bonus (While on the BB, RB, AT, While on the ART, etc.), you will not be able to play.
This is because it is very likely that the predecessor who was forced to leave due to a system error, line malfunction, server trouble, etc., will have the right to resume play.
We ask for your cooperation as this rule is intended to prevent unauthorized attempts to take a game table while on play during a Bonus.
If a player continues to play on a table while on play without permission, we will deduct the amount of money earned on that table plus the difference in medals. If the management determines that you have committed a malicious act, we will confiscate all your payouts and prohibit you from entering the casino in the future. Please understand this in advance.
In addition, you will lose the right to play on the table under any circumstances after being forcibly ejected. We will not be able to respond to any inquiries. We will not be able to respond to any inquiries.
RULE ④
If a table is in Bonus when you are forced to leave the room due to inactivity, we will suspend all operations (maintenance).
It would be appreciated if you could report to support if there is a table in Bonus when you enter the room (when you are seated). You will not be allowed to play on that table. If you continue to play, you will be kicked out without Advance Notice, and you will forfeit any funds you have earned. If you are forced to leave the table due to inactivity, you will not be able to return to your predecessor under any circumstances. Please be careful when playing on autoplay. Also, we will not open the tables that have been put under maintenance for these reasons.
RULE⑤
Prohibit entering and loitering only to secure a unit.
If a staff member determines that a player is disturbing other customers by only securing a high level of setting first thing in the morning, or by only playing a few games to see how it goes, etc., the player will be kicked out regardless of the 20-minute rule for not operating the machine. Please understand this beforehand.
If you pick up a table while on play without reporting it to the support staff, we will confiscate all your payouts and prohibit you from entering the casino in the future. Please understand this in advance.
RULE⑥
Forced Exit
The system is designed to automatically force a player to leave the Conditionitionition if the player has not played for 1 minute or 20 minutes after entering the play screen. If a player is forced to leave, the table will be immediately released to other customers. We will not be responsible for any forced ejection due to reasons other than system malfunction (e.g., line error on the player’s side).
Forced ejection after 20 minutes of inactivity will be performed automatically based on the player’s play record, regardless of whether the player is playing automatically or manually. This includes the time when the player was unable to play due to a malfunction of the player’s connection or browser. Please be careful not to leave the Auto Play. We will not be able to compensate for any disconnection of the line during autoplay. We recommend that you keep your eyes on the game while it is in autoplay.
RULE⑦
QC deposit is not reflected
Please wait until the deposit is reflected while keeping the deposit page open after performing the deposit operation, as the transfer is made between the QC side and the PB. If the deposit is not reflected when you return to the play screen, please reload the page. If you have not played for 20 minutes, you will be automatically forced to leave the casino. Please note that no compensation will be provided for forced exit.
RULE⑧
Please return as soon as possible after repair of the defective unit is completed.
It may take a long time to correct the defect. When the repair is completed, support will notify you of the completion of the repair. If you do not return within 60 minutes after the notification, the system will be automatically opened to the public. Please return as soon as possible after you are notified that the repair is complete.
RULE ⑨
Prohibition of intentionally hitting a penalty
To avoid inconveniencing other customers, we will identify the ID (user) based on past logs, and if we deem the behavior to be malicious, the user will be banned from entering or leaving the site at all in the future.
